What types of flooring do you manufacture?
Paras Plaat OÜ manufactures six distinct product lines: ceramic and porcelain tiles, solid and engineered parquet flooring, luxury vinyl (LVT/SPC), decorative wallpapers and wall coatings, premium carpets and rugs, and industrial epoxy flooring systems. Each product line is designed to meet diverse residential, commercial, and industrial requirements.
Do you sell directly to consumers or only to trade?
We primarily supply to architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and wholesale distributors across Europe. However, we welcome direct enquiries from end clients for larger project quantities. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I request product samples before ordering?
Yes — we offer sample boxes for all product lines. Simply contact our team via email or the contact form, specify the products you are interested in, and we will dispatch samples to your address. Sample dispatch typically takes 3–7 business days within Europe.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type. For tiles and vinyl, the minimum is generally 100m². For parquet, 50m². For wallpapers, we have a minimum of 20 rolls. Epoxy systems are priced by project scope. Contact us for exact MOQ details for your required product.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across Europe and internationally. Our primary logistics network covers all EU member states, Norway, the United Kingdom, and the wider EEA. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us to discuss freight options and lead times.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products carry relevant European certifications including CE marking, EN 14411 (tiles), EN 13489 (engineered wood flooring), and EN 649/ISO 24011 (vinyl flooring). Our wood products are sourced from FSC-certified forests. Epoxy systems carry relevant HACCP and ESD certifications where applicable.
How do I place an order?

Do you offer custom colours and patterns?
Yes. We offer custom colour-matching and pattern design services for most of our product lines including tiles, wallpapers, carpets, and vinyl. Custom orders may have different lead times and minimum quantities. Speak to our team for more details.
What is your average production lead time?
Standard in-stock products ship within 5–10 business days. Custom-produced orders typically require 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and volume. We will confirm exact lead times when you place your order.
How do I get technical support for installation?
We provide technical data sheets, installation guides, and material safety data sheets for all products. For complex projects such as epoxy systems, we offer remote technical consultancy. Contact us at info@parasplaatou.online for technical documentation.
